Permission is granted to temporarily deploy our Google Apps Script extensions for your business marketing reporting purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
• Modify or copy our proprietary connector schemas without attribution.
• Use the connector software scripts for any commercial resale purpose without an active Codester Developer/Commercial license.
• Attempt to reverse engineer any server-side proprietary data pipelines run by Datablow.
The materials on Datablow's website and software tools are provided on an 'as is' basis. Datablow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Since our products interact with Meta APIs (Facebook Ads Library & Graph API) and Google APIs, your active data refresh cycles are strictly bound by the limits, rates, and policies established by those respective platforms. Datablow is not liable for any downtime caused by third-party API deprecations or rate exclusions.
